Mazzady will refund all purchased gems used during competitive bidding phase (also known as when the auction is live) for this auction. These will be refunded within 24 hours after the completion of this auction, as bonus gems, which can then be used to boost or bid on any other future auctions.

A Few Tips for You!

The competitive phase (or also called the stage of when the auction goes live/starts) will happen when the product is fully boosted (reached 100% which can be seen below the "current price" on the page).
To increase your chance of winning the product, make sure you have enough GEMS in your balance to use for boosts and bids!
Set-up an "Autobid" feature on your account if you think you'll be occupied at the date and time of when the auction goes live/starts. This is so you don't miss the bidding phase (because this bidding phase has a specific countdown timer to it for when it goes live) and so your account can bid automatically if you are not personally available on the bidding time/date!
